The Michelin Guide Belgium & Luxembourg has unveiled its latest monthly selection, showcasing 11 new restaurants for January 2025.

The Michelin Guide Belgium & Luxembourg has unveiled its latest monthly selection of standout restaurants, featuring 11 new additions for January 2025. Among them is one restaurant in Luxembourg and ten in Belgium, including one in the Province of Luxembourg.

In Luxembourg, the "Bistrot du Kachatelier" in Manternach has earned a spot on the prestigious list. Run by Harald and Maximilian Rüssel, who already hold a Michelin star in Germany, the restaurant is praised for its "succinct yet flavourful" menu. The Guide highlights its "familiar cuisine with character", offering a dining experience that combines simplicity with bold flavours.

In Belgium's Province of Luxembourg, the "Coprin" restaurant in Straimont has also been recognised. Described as a "log cabin made entirely of wood, nestled in lush greenery with views of the surrounding forest", the restaurant promises a "sumptuous setting" alongside its focus on local, seasonal, and fresh produce.
