Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 soft tortillas
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, cheese, avocado, radish, red onions, etc.)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and browned.
- To assemble the tacos, place a few spoonfuls of the cooked chicken onto a tortilla, and top with your desired toppings.
- Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling and serve.
