
Traditionally made with a pound of four ingredients, this classic crowd-pleaser couldn't be easier to make.
Ingredients
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180° C. Beat the sugar and butter until fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs and the flour, salt and vanilla until you have a smooth dough. Now place this into a buttered and floured cake tin and bake at 180° C for 40 minutes.For more recipes, click here to visit Kachen.
