For those looking to impress company without setting the kitchen on fire look no further.
Ingredients
- 250 g beef fillet
- Pink pepper
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Rocket
- Parmesan
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Roll beef fillet in pink peppercorns, salt and pepper, wrap in clingwrap and freeze
for 2 hours. - Serve thinly sliced with sliced strawberries, rocket and parmesan, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
