Right, ignoring the fact that there are many, many things wrong with the name of this dish, it does look like Spring on a plate.
Ingredients
- 360 g frozen peas
- 90 g hulled tahini
- 2 tbsp fresh dill leaves
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp linseeds (flaxseeds)
- 9 x 80 g slices sprouted bread (see tip)
- 240 g drained store-bought fermented vegetables of choice
- 15 g loosely packed snow pea tendrils
- 1/2 medium lemon, cut into 4 wedges
