Plant pressing 9–10 years
Accompanied by botanist Thierry, participants will explore the museum’s vast plant collection of more than 100,000 dried specimens before creating their own plant press to start a personal collection.
Wednesday, 22 October
PEKiP
PEKiP (Prague Parent-Child Program) is an educational concept for mothers and fathers with babies during their first year. Starting from the eighth week until the first birthday, parents can attend weekly 90-minute sessions in small, consistent groups led by a trained PEKiP group leader. The warm room allows babies to move freely without clothes, encouraging physical, cognitive, linguistic and social development through play and repetition.

Flamenco for kids
A lively flamenco programme for children combining rhythm, coordination, and expression through music and dance. Sessions include body awareness, hand and arm coordination, footwork (zapateados), rhythm practice (palmas), movement, and choreography – all ending with a relaxing cool down.

Witches and legends
Workshops, readings, concerts, and exhibitions all centred on the enchanting world of witches and legends in Koerich. Children can explore herbs with Viola, listen to tales by magician LaLuu, enjoy live music, and take part in a magical photo challenge with prizes.
Saturday, 25 October
Mama’s halloween kids party
Little monsters, witches, and superheroes. Mama's Shelter awaits you for a spooky themed children's party.
Sunday, 26 October
Halloween at Neumünster Abbey
Beyond pumpkins and cobwebs, a rumour spreads across the waves – prepare your feathered hats, foam swords, and pirate boots for a day of mystery, adventure, and marine fantasy at Neumünster Abbey. Dance and puppet shows, sea-inspired performances, and sensory surprises await young and old alike. Costumes strongly recommended.
