
The Luxembourg City Tourist Office has a great list of the best panoramic viewpoints in Luxembourg city: the most beautiful ones are Le Chemin de La Corniche, with magnificent views of the Alzette river and the Grund; the views from the Grand-Duchess Charlotte Bridge (the Red Bridge) of Pfaffenthal; the three Acorns Park by the Musée Dräi Eechelen, which is also an excellent spot for families to enjoy the fireworks on the 22 June (an extra tip – when the weather is warm this is also a great spot to watch fireflies glow!)
A fantastic panoramic viewpoint but also an educational visit, the Aquatower Berdorf is high up, has the best views for watching the sunset or sunrise, but also throughout visiting hours. It is best when skies are clear!
With easy parking and access, picnic tables, a mini water playground, and an open space to walk and play, this is a great place to visit with kids of all ages.
Panarbora is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes from Luxembourg. It is a nature adventure park near Cologne with a wheelchair accessible treetop walk, a 40 metre high observation tower as well as an educational nature exhibit.
Overnight stays are also possible to extend the fun.

Very close to the Luxembourg border in Germany and near Mettlach, this elevated wooden bridge takes you through a beautiful forest path, which ends at a lookout tower with striking views of the Saar river and valley.
Take your time to enjoy the breathtaking views and take lots of pictures!
To extend the fun visit with the little ones, there is a great forest playground available nearby.

The Belvédère Burfelt panoramic platform rises 70 metres above the Upper Sure Reservoir; a modern wooden structure which provides stability and unobstructed views at the same time.
This is a lovely visit with the children if you enjoy the great oudoors, as the scenery there is magnificent.
From the car park it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to the platform through the forest, where several hiking trails pass by.
This picturesque town is a favourite day trip for many Luxembourg residents. Waterfalls, a historic pedestrian area with shops and restaurants, charming architecture, and even a chair lift with beautiful views await you.
The best views to see with the children are definitely from the top of the Saarburg Burg: The Saar river in all its glory as well as the views of the city will remain in your memories for a long time!

The glory of the Semois Valley from the Panorama de Frahan will take your breath away!

Approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Luxembourg, this is a lovely wooden circular pedestrian bridge that will give you some of the most magnificent views of the Semois river.
It is suspended 55 metres above the Semois river and it is also accessible to strollers and wheelchairs. The region has many more other experiences to offer, primarily in nature.
