Parc Chlorophylle is one of the most beautiful forest-themed nature parks in Belgium's Luxembourg province, right in the Ardennes. It spreads across 9 hectares of woodland, combining a 2km educational trail exploring forest themes and nature with a forest playground, a high rope course, and various play zones. A highlight is a treetop walkway with footbridges and cabins, about 200 metres long and more than 15 metres high, following characters Canopée and Robin.
It is designed to be educational and fun for kids while being accessible and family-friendly, with strollers and wheelchairs able to access most of the park. It also has some amazing playgrounds and a brasserie/cafe/restaurant. As it is quite big, there are a lot of things to try, so do plan for a day so you can enjoy everything at an easy pace and have enough time to truly appreciate this park.

Spread across 60 hectares of natural, unspoilt forest, it offers a huge range of activities and games amid the trees – paintball, accrobranche (tree-climbing courses), archery, climbing walls, pony rides, and an elf village.
There are also land, water, and air activities for all ages, with a two-hour main activity like Waterjump, paintball, or accrobranche included with entry. The wooded, natural setting makes it a lovely retreat for a family day outdoors.

Elfy Park is a magical, legend-themed leisure park set in the forest of Lac des Vieilles Forges, an amazing lake where you can also enjoy water sports, in the heart of the Ardennes, near Les Mazures. This park is even suitable for kids from two years old and all ages above, and it features the world-famous giant troll Elfy, created by Danish artist Thomas Dambo – the first of its kind installed in France and arguably one of the most beautiful.
Families can enjoy a mix of playful and educational games: summer tobogganing, treetop huts, a sea of nets, zip lines, slides, sound games, and a storytelling area. Being right by the lake, it's easy to combine your visit with a stroll or picnic by the water.
I would also recommend this area for a long week as there are many more activities and experiences to enjoy for families with children, but also those without.
