Having a song featured on a TV show can be the making of many bands around the world and Luxembourg's own Francis of Delirium managed it, with their song Ballet Dancers (Never Love Again) featured in episode five of Lena Dunham's new Netflix series Too Much.

The track plays during a key moment in the show, marking a major international sync placement for the band.

Fronted by Jana Bahrich, who serves as the main creative force behind Francis of Delirium, the project has steadily built momentum through intense live shows, emotionally honest songwriting and a growing international fan base.

The feature comes at a high point for the band. In recent weeks they supported Alanis Morissette at Rockhal and delivered a memorable performance at Kinnekswiss Loves, where they played Ballet Dancers with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra.

Too Much, created by Lena Dunham, follows a New Yorker who relocates to London and falls into an unexpected relationship with a local musician. The show stars Megan Stalter and has drawn praise for its blend of sharp humour and emotional insight. The soundtrack includes music from artists such as The Wombats, Carole King and now, Francis of Delirium.

The placement adds another milestone for a band that continues to make bold moves at home and abroad. For fans of Francis of Delirium, and for anyone following the rise of Luxembourg’s independent music scene, this is one to celebrate.
