The 15th edition of Screaming Fields Festival took place at Rockhal Club on Saturday 5 July, bringing together some of Luxembourg’s most promising young artists for a night of live music, creativity and community. Organised by Rocklab, the event once again proved itself as an essential launchpad for emerging talent across a range of genres.

Emeraude was selected by a jury made up of Rockhal’s booking team, artists, music professionals and festival partners to win the Rocklab's Live Music Accelerator prize. She also received one of this year’s Booker's Choice picks, securing an upcoming performance opportunity at Rotondes.

YONA also made a strong impression on the night. She took home the Audience Award, voted for by fans at the venue, and was selected by MK Bar for a future show. Her prize included a €250 voucher from Stage Music.

Other artists recognised through the Booker's Choice initiative included Waffle Killers, chosen by both Beautiful Decay and Koll An Aktioun, Emily Grogan, selected by the E-Lake Festival, and Breaking Out, who were picked by the City of Dudelange.

These selections ensure that the energy of Screaming Fields continues beyond the festival itself, giving young performers new chances to reach audiences and build their presence on local stages.

Supported by the Ministry of Culture, Screaming Fields remains more than a showcase. It is a development platform for the next generation of musicians in Luxembourg.

The 2025 edition confirmed that there is no shortage of new voices and ideas rising through the local scene. For anyone tracking the future of music in the country, Screaming Fields remains a key date on the calendar.
