This past week, Luxembourg's Rockhal was the epicentre of heavy metal, hosting two electrifying concerts that had fans on their feet.
Another week of fine heavy metal at the Rockhal has passed. On Thursday, the stage thundered with the double act of Powerwolf and Hammerfall. Powerwolf brought their signature theatrical flair, complete with gothic visuals and their catchy, power-driven anthems to the stage. Swedish metal legends Hammerfall countered with their warrior spirit, energising the crowd with hits blending power riffs with soaring vocals.

Saturday night belonged to the iconic Alice Cooper, whose legendary status in shock rock was on full display. Cooper's show combined horror-themed theatrics with classic sing-along hits. The audience was treated to a mix of macabre stage props, including guillotines and snakes, as well as Cooper’s signature voice, proving that after decades on stage, he’s still the master of metal spectacle.
Swedish progressive metal act Soen performed on 3rd October - showcasing their powerful blend of melodic and progressive metal. Fans enjoyed a setlist that included tracks from their latest album, *Imperial*, as well as favorites from earlier releases.
The band delivered an engaging performance, characterized by intricate musicianship and thought-provoking lyrics. The atmosphere was charged with energy, as the audience connected deeply with the themes explored in their music. Overall, it was a memorable night for both the band and their fans.
