
Presenting Eurovision is no easy task. Hosts must guide audiences through nine live shows, including semi-finals on 12 and 14 May, pre-shows for rehearsals and jury voting, and the grand final on 16 May. Luxembourg will appear in the first half of the second semi-final on 14 May.
Many people will associate the name Swarovski with jewellery. Victoria Swarovski, however, opted to deviate from her family career path, signing her first music deal with Sony at the age of 16. She moved to Los Angeles aged 18, where she worked with a number of talents in the music world, including legendary Grammy-winnin songwriter Diane Warren.
She shot to fame in 2016 after participating in and winning Let’s Dance. She then became the youngest judge in history on Das Supertalent, before becoming a full-time judge on Let’s Dance in 2018.
Victoria has also created her own beauty brand, and has worked as a successful model, appearing on magazine covers such as Forbes. But there is more to the songstress than just glamour and fashion - earlier this year, she fulfilled a lifelong dream and participated in the Dakar Rally.
Michael Ostrowski will join Victoria on stage in Vienna. Mostly known for his comedic acting roles, appearing in 2022’s Der Onkel with Anke Engelke and Simon Schwarz, he is one of the most in-demand actors in Austria and undertakes regular presenting work. He has hosted singing competitions at the Vienna theatre for years. such as the protest song contest, to determine the winner of the best protest song of the year. But Michael also has experience at large events such as the Nestroy theatre prize, or the Amadeus Awards, and has won a Romy TV award for his work.
