It's no joke – seven years after the heartbreaking loss of Chester Bennington in 2017, Linkin Park is making a much-anticipated return, and they’ve got a few surprises in store.

It is official, the American rock and nu-metal band Linkin Park has announced their comeback on Thursday 5 September, and revealed that their new album titled "From Zero" will be out on 15 November. This album marks the start of a new era for the band.

But it is not the only surprise. Seven years after the tragic death of iconic frontman Chester Bennington, Linkin Park also introduced Emily Armstrong, lead singer of the band Dead Sara, as their new vocalist.

The announcement was made via the band's social media channels, where they also shared clips of a live concert featuring their new singer performing some of Linkin Park's most famous tracks.

The band has also announced six new concerts as part of their "From Zero" world tour:
