Irish newcomer Olivia Cox discusses her new single 'Around You', her passion for a music from a very young age, and her plans for the future.
Flying in from Northern Ireland, singer and songwriter Olivia Cox joined RTL's Today Radio to talk about her recent songs '23', 'Miss Me' and 'Around You'. The 24-year-old spent the morning chatting with our hosts and gave listeners a glimpse into what it is like to create a single.
Some of the questions which preoccupied Olivia Cox's mind while she was working on '23' were: Where do I belong, and what is my calling in life? For many other people, in their twenties, or not, this is probably a very relatable question, which makes Olivia even more approachable.
The young artist envisions gigs in Luxembourg this year, as well as touring the world with her songs in the future. There might even be an album coming in the next couple of years...
During her conversation with Sunny Side Up hosts 'Steps' and Meredith, she revealed her thoughts on good and bad feedback, what it means to be a musician, who inspires her, and where her love for music is rooted.
