Laura Miller, captain of the Luxembourg women's football team, has joined 1. FC Nürnberg, according to the club's social media on Thursday.
The German club was recently promoted to the top flight of the women's Bundesliga.
Miller, who played for Standard Liège in Belgium from 2021, has won the Belgian Cup twice in 2023 and in 2025.
She said:
"After four seasons in Belgium, it was time for me to look for a new challenge. I have found the perfect club in Nürnberg. It will be an exciting and challenging task to play in the top league but I am sure the conditions for this at the club are very good. I want to bring my experience and qualities to the team and contribute to the goal of avoiding relegation."
