The 37-time Luxembourg national football player has officially announced his move to a new club.
Marvin Martins has signed a contract with his new club until the end of the season. The defender made a total of 85 appearances for Austria Wien over the past three seasons.
Currently, Almere is battling relegation in the Dutch Eredivisie and sits in second-to-last place in the standings.
When fully fit, the defender is a key asset to Luc Holtz's team. His move to a higher-level league could be beneficial for the Red Lions, provided he plays regularly.
With a challenging period ahead, there is hope he can make a significant impact at Almere City and help them continue playing at the highest level of Dutch football.
