Florine Schaillié and Nausicaa Rouge visited the Today Radio studio and the Sam Steen Show to discuss the first ever Luxembourg Throwdown competition, due to be held this week on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September, at Festikuss in Sanem, from 08:00 to 18:00.
The fitness challenge attracts everyone from international athletes to intermediaries and involves 300 people - in 150 teams of 2 - which are divided into three different categories according to ability: Scaled/Intermediate/RX
Everyone and anyone is welcome to come along and watch the live events unfold; with heart-pumping excitement created by dead lifts, burpees, handstand push-ups, thrusters, double-unders, and a host of other physical undertakings that will make you sweat just thinking about them.
