After setting a number of world records during his 24 hour challenge near Vianden, "Dizzy" will now try to achieve his next goal on Tuesday.

2,200 kilometres in distance and 30,000 metres difference in altitude,  the "Race Around Austria" is Ralph Diseviscourt's next big challenge. In 2017, Dizzy ranked second in the race, and the competition is set to be just as tough in this year's edition. One being his well-known rival Christophe Strasser, who also set the record time for the extreme race.

Other notable participants in the race include the German Rainer Steinberger, who finished first in last year's edition. Dizzy remembers the cyclist well from several previous duels between the two, the same goes for Thomas Mauerhofer, whom he encountered during the 2018 Race Across America. Unfortunately, the German cyclist had to abandon the race while being on third position behind Dizzy due to an accident. He considers all of them contenders for the top spot in Austria, but believes that the decision will fall the day itself.
