Following Sunday’s draw, which revealed the future opponents for Luc Holtz’s men, the Red Lions can now begin preparing their qualification campaign, which kicks off on 23 March 2023.
UEFA published the fixtures list for Group J on Monday. Luxembourg must first face Slovakia away, before taking on the challenge of group favourites Portugal at home on 26 March - a game which is sure to draw crowds at the Stade de Luxembourg.
The Red Lions’ other home games include Liechtenstein on 17 June, Iceland on 8 September, Slovakia on 16 October and Bosnia-Herzegovina on 16 November.
