With more than two billion streams worldwide, LP has built an international following thanks to her extraordinary voice, memorable melodies and a sound that moves effortlessly between rock, pop and indie.
Born Laura Pergolizzi in New York, LP spent years establishing herself as a songwriter before finding international success as a performer in her own right.
Along the way, she wrote songs for major artists including Rihanna, Christina Aguilera and Cher, developing a reputation for combining powerful melodies with deeply personal lyrics.
LP's breakthrough came with Lost on You, the title track from her 2016 album, which became a major hit across Europe and introduced her distinctive whistling, soaring vocals and emotionally charged songwriting to a worldwide audience.
The song has since become her signature track, alongside fan favourites including Muddy Waters, When We're High and Girls Go Wild.
Her music draws on a wide range of influences, from classic rock and folk to contemporary pop, while her lyrics explore love, heartbreak, identity and self-discovery.
It's a combination that has earned LP a devoted international fanbase, with her songs continuing to attract millions of streams every day.
LP's voice is at the heart of her live performances, moving from intimate, vulnerable moments to huge, anthemic choruses.
With a career built on musical independence and a refusal to be confined to one genre, her concerts bring together the different sides of her songwriting.
She'll take to the stage at den Atelier on Thursday, November 12th, offering Luxembourg audiences another chance to experience one of alternative pop-rock's most distinctive performers.
