Lothar Wieler told German newspaper ‘Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung’ that German’s hospital capacities will most likely not be sufficient.
Conditions similar to those currently seen in Italy will potentially also develop in Germany, which leads Wieler to believe it is likely for the number of patients to exceed the number of respiratory devices in the future.
