The video was filmed in Tenerife, Spain, and initially posted to the “I Love Tenerife” Facebook last Monday before going viral on social media.
The short clip shows a young child walking along the ledge until reaching a balcony and running back the same way towards an open window. According to various media, the mother was taking a shower when the incident occurred.
A safety report was sent to the town hall in response to the incident.
