Firefighters were called to an incident in an apartment on rue du Commerce in Moineville, France, around 6.00 am on Saturday morning, according to the Républicain Lorrain.

When they arrived at the scene, the apartment’s inhabitants had already left the place, in which the battery of a mobile phone had caught fire. The couple and their 11-year-old daughter are currently staying with relatives, but should be able to move back into their home in a few days once the smell has cleared.
