The National Police of Essone, France, published a tweet on Monday about the incident. The car hit a wall after having possibly slipped through mud on the road. Fortunately, no one got hurt. The motorist was taken into custody.

The police specified that “the driver refused to comply with a control a little earlier”, before racing off. According to some media, this car was stolen shortly before the accident. The Aston Martin DB6 is the model that replaced James Bond’s car in 1965. Marketed until 1970, it sold a total of 1,967 units. Today, its price exceeds half a million dollars.
