After alcohol consumption and speeding, using a smartphone while on the road has become the third most common reason for accidents.

HAMAS CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT – Hamas has accepted a new ceasefire proposal for Gaza, a senior member from the group said Monday, after a fresh diplomatic push to end more than 22 months of war. NO USA JURISDICTION SAYS BRAZIL – Brazil's Supreme Court ruled on Monday that foreign legislation did not have jurisdiction in its country, after the United States used a law to sanction a judge on the court.
