The JDL demands, among other things, a legal cadre for the right to sexuality and sexual assistance for people with disabilities. This already exists in various forms in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, among others, but in Luxembourg this problem is not really addressed either politically or socially.
Restrictive criteria for homosexual men who want to donate blood should be lifted, as should the separation of sex-specific toilets. Unisex toilets could solve a number of problems and inequalities, the Young Democrats argue.
