Upon arrival, officers found a woman with serious injuries lying in the building's corridor. She was immediately attended to by emergency services and taken to hospital.
Police managed to arrest the presumed perpetrator in the woman's appartment, and is currently held in custody.
Unfortunately the woman passed away from her injuries on Sunday night.
