The victim initially refused to hand over her purse to the attackers, who then shoved her against a wall. One of the three women then pulled the victim's necklace off and went through her handbag.
After the attack, the perpetrators escaped in the direction of Rue du Palais. The police were unable to find the three women, who were all wearing dark coats and had long black hair.
The victim was not injured in the attack.
