The driver of a grey Golf was travelling in the direction of Niederfeulen, followed by a blue VW Crafter van. As they approached the riding school on the outskirts of Heiderscheid, a red lorry travelling in the opposite direction was overtaken by a small, dark-coloured car.
In order to avoid a frontal collision, the driver of the Golf was forced to slam on the brakes - this caused the van behind her to crash into the car, causing minor injuries to the Golf's driver.
Police are looking to speak with the driver of the red lorry and the driver of the small dark car, as well as any potential witnesses to the incident.
