Around 80% of the new homes will be apartments, while the remainder will be single-family homes. One hundred and seventeen of the 162 residences will be rented out, 32 are set to be sold with subsidies, while the remaining 13 will be sold as normal.

A quirk of the project, which is expected to conclude in 2030, is that each home will be assigned just one parking space.

The housing project was validated on Friday by the government council, in the name of "general interest". The government is expected to contribute around 83 million euros to the construction of the new district.
