Both attackers fled after the attack in a black BMW 3 series with French license plates. The first letter of the registration was “W”. The car drove off in the direction of Route de Thionville.
According to the police, both men were described as having dark skin. The first was around 1.85 metres tall, powerfully built and around 90kg, wearing black clothing with a hood pulled over his head. The second was slender and also wore a hooded sweatshirt pulled up around his head. One wore black trainers, while the other wore white.
Anyone with information on the incident should contact police on 113. An investigation is currently ongoing.
