November 2016 double murderVictims could have been shot in the car

RTL Today
An abundance of questions on day 3 of the trial for the two men accused of murders in Schléiwenhaff and Fräiheetsbam woods.

An expert in blood trace analysis gave his opinion in court regarding the location of the murders. Following his explanations and based on the questions of the different parties, a decision was made to forensically examine the car.

The expert could not provide details for the death of the first victim. The different positions of the protagonists in the car are not clear except for the second victim: she was placed in the passenger seat and killed by a shot coming from the left.

The beginning of the session was also marked by the report of a toxicologist concerning the blood test of the main accused in which large quantities of cocaine and the drug Tramadol were discovered. The individual would have been under the influence of both substances with a higher impact by the drug, a stimulant, which could have distorted the perception of the reality of the accused.

The trial will continue on Friday morning.
