At about 10 pm on Monday, police officers on duty at the police station located near the Central train station in the capital received an impromptu visit from a vexed - and inebriated - citizen.

The man had decided to go to the station to provoke officers, letting them know just exactly what he thought of their work (presumably, this was not a positive assessment). Of course, the man's manner left something to be desired, given his inebriated state.

The officers on duty began by patiently reasoning with the man, advising he contact the General Police Inspectorate to raise his issues with the general being of the police. However, the reasonable approach only managed to annoy the drunkard who then began gesticulating and, inevitably, attempted to punch one of the officers.

Finally, the police officers managed to restrain the man after a struggle. He was arrested after being checked over by a doctor.
