One driver caught the attention of police on Tuesday evening at 9.30pm because of his erratic driving style.
Officers managed to pull the individual over in Schieren and discovered that the driver was under the influence, his licence was confiscated on the spot.
At sometime past midnight, police observed a couple in Rives de Clausen, Luxembourg City. The pair, who were clearly inebriated seemed to be walking towards their car. Both individuals assured the police officers that they did not intend to drive home by car and instead climbed into a taxi and all seemed well.
However, just a shirt time later police pulled the same couple over in Rue de Neudorf. The female driver was required to take a breathalyser test, which came back positive, and subsequently had her licence confiscated.
