The public prosecutor’s office announced Tuesday that the man was suffocated to death.
Two people were arrested in connection with this case. Following a three-month investigation, a 49-year-old woman was released while the victim’s 34-year-old son was indicted and remains in custody.
The judicial authorities specify that the prime suspect has been charged with patricide and “secondarily with assault and battery resulting in death without intent to kill.”
