BettembourgTwo pedestrians hit and injured by car

The Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps of Luxembourg (CGDIS) reports an accident on Wednesday morning in which two pedestrians were struck by a car.

Shortly before 6am at Z.A.E. Wolser in Bettembourg, the car hit and injured two people. First responders, ambulances and firefighters from the surrounding communes were at the scene.

It is unclear how severe the injuries were.

Later that morning, at 8.22am, emergency services were called to an accident on the A1 in the direction of Trier, where two cars collided. One person was injured.
