The crash took place shortly before 1.30pm on the A13 motorway towards Pétange. Emergency services from Sanem, Differdange and Esch-sur-Alzette attended the scene.
The CGDIS also reported a series of fires around the country. In Limpertsberg and the Gare district, fire fighters responded to reports of bin fires, while a chimney fire was handled in Binsfeld. A fourth fire was reported in Munsbach. Fortunately, no one was hurt in any of these incidents.
