Two people were injured in a traffic accident on the A1 motorway on Friday afternoon. The collision, which involved two vehicles, occurred between Howald and the Irrgärtchen roundabout. Emergency medical responders from Luxembourg City were dispatched to the scene.
At around 5.44pm, a chimney fire broke out on Kirchenpad in Merzig. No one was injured in the incident, and fire brigades from CIS Merzig and Nordstad were at the scene.
