The checks were held by order of the public prosecutor’s office, and took place between 6 and 7pm on route de Grevenmacher, Beidweiler, and between 8 and 9pm on rue de Wormeldange, Rodenbourg.
Two motorists were found to be in excess of the legal alcohol limit and were fined as a result.
