At approximately 6.30pm, two cars collided on Rue du Klopp in Rodange, leaving one person injured. Rescue teams from the Sanem-Differdange and Pétange emergency centres were dispatched to provide assistance.
Shortly before 7pm, another emergency call reported a fire in a field situated between Arsdorf and Heispelt. Firefighters from Rambrouch, Commune Lac de la Haute-Sûre, Boulaide, Grevels, and Alebesch were on site to extinguish the fire. No one was injured.
