The fire brigades of Bissen and Mersch as well as an ambulance from Ettelbruck intervened at the scene of the accident.
Another accident occurred at about 6.20am on Route d'Esch in Luxembourg City. A collision between two cars resulted in two injured people, who were taken to hospital by ambulance. The Luxembourg City fire brigade was also present at the scene.
At around 9.45am, the Ingeldorf and Diekirch fire brigades had to intervene at the Fridhaff industrial zone in the north of the country. A cardboard box had caught fire inside a van. The incident resulted in one injured person. An ambulance from Ettelbruck was on site.
