
Among other measures, it provides for one-off bonuses based on income from 2023 and 2024. There will also be a linear increase of 1.5% in the points value. Another change concerns adjustments to the conditions for remote working (up to 20% of working time), as well as a deadline extension to publish work schedules at least 20 calendar days ahead.
The agreement covers the period from 1 January to 31 December this year. Around 9,000 people work in the sector.
