Near Pont AdolpheTourist bus and lorry collide on Place de Metz on Wednesday
A serious accident occurred shortly before noon on Avenue de la Liberté in Luxembourg City.
A double-decker bus and a lorry collided on Place de Metz, next to the Adolphe bridge. According to preliminary information, no one was injured.
The accident caused a large amount of debris, which impeded traffic on the Adolphe bridge. The tram was temporarily halted but was able to continue its journey.
Major traffic jams were reported around the quarters of Ville Haute and Gare.
