All three pedestrian accidents occurred in the capital. The first person was hit by a car on Rue du Rollingergrund at 5.20 pm, the second incident occurring a mere fifteen minutes later on Rue du Fort Niedergrünewald. The third person to be injured was hit on Rue Erasme at 7.14 pm.
Emergency services also report a car crashing between Sandweiler and Hamm at 8.35 pm, but there were no injuries in the crash. Finally, firefighters had to extinguish a fire at 11.24 pm in Bettembourg. Waste caught fire on Rue de l'Indépendance.
