The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps reported several incidents on Luxembourg's roads on Thursday.

One person sustained injuries in a crash in Wincrange at around 7.30am, after a car collided with a lorry on the main road.

Two other people were injured in a collision between Bettembourg and Hellange, again at 7.30am.

Elsewhere, fire fighters were called out to deal with a car on fire on the A1 towards the capital. No injuries were reported.

Finally, a vehicle set off an automatic eCall to emergency services between Lehrhaff and Grosbous on the N12, but no one was hurt in the incident, according to the CGDIS.
