Three of the cars checked were caught doing more than 200 km/h on the motorway linking the capital via Kirchberg to Ettelbruck.
All three of the speeding drivers had to hand over their licences on the spot.
In addition, 17 people were fined €145 and lost two points on their licence. Four other drivers received fines of €49 each.
