
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) responded to three separate accidents on Thursday evening, leaving two people injured.
The first incident occurred at around 6.43pm on the A3 motorway toward Metz near Croix de Bettembourg, where two vehicles collided. One person sustained injuries and was treated by paramedics from Dudelange and Bettembourg.
Just five minutes later, emergency services were alerted to a second accident in Gonderange, where a child was injured after being struck by a car. Paramedics from Junglinster were dispatched to the scene.
A third accident took place shortly after midnight on the RN10 between Hinkel and Born, when a car veered off the road and crashed into a wall. No injuries were reported, but the vehicle sustained significant damage. Emergency responders from Mertert and firefighters from Mompach attended the incident.
