In 2002, RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg launched the first Télévie tv show. Since then, €25 million have been raised for cancer research.
The launch of the 20th edition will take place this Friday 19 November, at the Télévie headquarters in RTL City in Kirchberg. The kick-off of the 2022 edition will be given by Diane Wunsch, the coordinator of Télévie Luxembourg, Natalie Frisch, the president of the Kiwanis Foundation, as well as the guests of the evening.
Among the guests are researchers, doctors, volunteers, cured patients and the leaders of the Centres de Promesses for the 2022 edition. The evening will be artistically hosted by artist Sumo and singer Oscar Leone. Sumo has created a painting for the 20th anniversary and Oscar Leone will sing his famous song “Lion”.
