According to the research, 43% of workers in Luxembourg would be willing to leave their current roles if the company failed to provide strong career growth opportunities, such as taking on more responsibilities or engaging in more stimulating projects. The report stresses that “personal development has become more non-negotiable than ever.”
In a similar vein, 60% of workers would consider leaving if their job did not offer training opportunities to expand their skills. This is seen as a way to future-proof their careers and adapt to new tools and technologies. Most would be interested in IT and artificial intelligence (AI) training.
