The police have announced that, following an accident near Michelshof, the road between Altrier and Lauterbour is currently closed in both directions. A diversion via Consdorf and Scheidgen is in place.
Following further inquiries, the police confirmed that the cyclist was resuscitated at the scene before being airlifted to hospital in critical condition.
